Anyone who's interested in working in the animation industry should definitely check out Hans Bacher's blog, Animation Treasures.
Hans Bacher has been a production designer in the animation industry for many years. He has a lot of great educational material on his blog regarding production design in animation. There are lots of paintings and storyboards of stuff he's worked on.
I've also just recently bought his book Dream Worlds: Production Design for Animation, which was a terrific book.
