This is 12-inch Master Chief from McFarlane Toys.
Great details on the mechanical parts. Every joint can be turned. The legs turn with clicking sounds, though. I've two sets here, one has slightly loose joints and is pretty hard pose in a standing position. The other was tight and easy to pose.
Depending on the tightness of the finger joints, the hand might not grip the gun tight. I've the gun falling from the hand several times. That's minor and not cosmetic.
The paint work isn't too bad, but the paint on the visor doesn't show the glossiness.
Considering the price, around US$20, it's well worth the money.
